Underfloor Insulation
Underfloor insulation is a great option if a property has suspended timber floors, it can be cost-effective and can offer value for money in improving the EPC score.
The floor can often be accessed from the basement, by a crawl space under the floor or by lifting floor boards internally. 150mm of rockwool insulation is then installed under the floor boards and is held in place by netting.
Green Earth Energy Improvements can:
- Assess the property
- Install underfloor insulation
- Re-assess the property and issue a new Energy Performance Certificate
